After hearing rave reviews from those that have done the Whole 30 diet, I’m dipping my toes in the water.  I want to decrease the achiness in my joints that comes especially when I’m stressed, tired, not exercising, and eating too much processed food.  But since I’ve committed to not cheating (by, for example, sipping a gin and tonic on a dreamy Minnesota summer eve), I’m documenting the process to hold myself accountable and share with those that may also prefer real cream in their coffee to drinking it black.  Cheers!
